Recreational Activities

The National Circus School (NCS) recreational activities offer young people aged 2 to 17 the opportunity to have fun while learning basic circus arts techniques. The ÉNC also offers a yoga course for adults.

Through these activities, which will take place over 11 weeks, participants will develop their coordination, concentration, perseverance and motor skills while having fun. Most of the courses are given at the National Circus School with professional quality equipment. Our partner l'École Saint-Bernardin will also host some activities during the week.

Pedagogical approach

The National Circus School emphasizes above all the playfulness of the activities. It is therefore important that the different circus disciplines and techniques taught by a team of professional instructors are presented as a game.
