Accounting Technician
Halima Ayad holds a degree from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Marrakech (Sup de Co Marrakech), a recognized business school in Morocco. She immigrated to Canada in September 2009 with more than 16 years of experience in accounting and went on to complete a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) at the École des métiers de l’informatique et du commerce (EMICA) in Montréal to facilitate her integration into the job market. After 14 years working in accounting in the grocery sector, notably with Sobeys, the parent company of IGA stores in Montréal, she joined the National Circus School in March 2025 as an Accounting Technician in the Finance Department.
