Driven by a passion for the development of collective knowledge through the practice of the performing arts as a catalyst for shared experiences and a creator of open learning spaces. Anna-Karyna has dedicated her career to the cultural and scientific mediation of the living memory of circus arts, as well as to their teaching and research.
Since 2006, Anna-Karyna has led the development of the National Circus School Library, a nationally and internationally recognized reference centre for the advancement, preservation and dissemination of contemporary circus practices and their history around the world.
In parallel, through her teaching, Anna-Karyna supports students at the School in exploring creative processes and research methods specific to circus arts. Through her courses, they are invited to question, experiment and energize their artistic approaches by weaving dynamic connections between trust, reflection and artistic intention, fostering meaningful experiences that contribute to the development of collective knowledge through the shared experience of art.
