We offer recreational classes to children aged 1 to 17 years old to introduce them to circus arts. We also offer a circus class for little ones accompanied by an adult, as well as an introduction to circus arts classes for adults.

These classes are a great opportunity for participants to develop various motor, technical and physical skills while having fun. The activities take place in our studios under the supervision of professionals.

COURSES FOR YOUTH AND FAMILIES

Family-Circus / 1-5 years old

Family Circus classes are designed to strengthen the bond between parent and child while supporting motor, sensory, and social development for each age group. Each session encourages curiosity, exploration, and confidence through play, movement, and the discovery of circus apparatus.

Note: This class requires full parent participation. Please dress accordingly. One parent per child.

No prerequisites.

Main objective: Discover movement and body awareness through the parent–child relationship.

  • Free exploration of the floor, textures, and sensory objects

  • Development of gross motor skills: crawling, rolling, standing up, and supported walking

  • Simple balance activities with parent support

  • Creating a safe and trusting physical environment

  • Introduction to class routines: waiting for one’s turn, following a simple obstacle course

  • Development of spatial awareness: moving forward and backward, turning

  • Parent–child cooperation through partner games and simple lifts

Main objective: Develop balance and social and physical autonomy. Introduction to circus movement on apparatus.

  • Active participation (with minimal assistance) in mini motor circuits (tunnels, balance beams, soft blocks)

  • Jumping, rolling, and climbing with increased confidence

  • Introduction to rhythm work (clapping, coordinated small steps)

  • Understanding class rules and cooperating with other children

  • Initial exploration of adapted aerial apparatus (low silks, low trapeze)

  • Dynamic balance games (walking on a line, low balance beam, balance balls)

  • Introduction to movement expression through symbolic play and character exploration

Main objective: Strengthen coordination, creativity, and expression, while learning to follow instructions without constant parent support.

  • Develop creativity through parent–child improvisation games

  • Introduction to teamwork: cooperation, observation, and sharing space

  • Awareness of posture and artistic presence (focus, gestures, emotions)

Sunday 11 a.m. to 11:50 a.m.

Introduction to Circus / 5 years old

The Initia-Circus class is a transition between the Family Circus program and the Acro-Circus class. It allows children to develop greater independence in their practice while continuing to build their motor, social, and creative skills. Participants learn to follow a class routine without parental support and gradually discover standard (non-adapted) circus apparatus, developing body awareness, coordination, and confidence.

Acro-Circus / 6-12 years old

The Acro-Circus class allows young participants to discover the main families of circus disciplines: acrobatics, aerials, balance, object manipulation, and more.

Through play, movement, and creativity, participants explore a variety of techniques while developing strength, coordination, and confidence.

Acro-Circus Plus / 6-11 years old

The Acro-Circus Plus class is designed for youth who have already completed an Acro-Circus or aerial class and wish to deepen their training in a more intensive learning environment. This program offers a structured technical and artistic progression, leading toward the Preparatory Program or simply allowing participants to further enrich their personal practice.

Three options are available:

  • Acro-Circus Plus – 5 hours
  • Acro-Circus Plus – 7 hours
  • Acro-Circus Plus – 9 hours

These pathways support physical development while fostering technical mastery and creativity, according to each participant’s level and objectives.

Experienced aerials / 8-17 years old

Experienced Aerials classes are the natural continuation of the Beginner Aerials courses. Now that basic movements have been mastered, participants have the opportunity to explore more complex figures, including controlled drops and fluid sequences.

With the attentive support of instructors, each participant is encouraged to push their limits, build confidence, and develop a creative approach to movement and apparatus work. The goal is to combine technique, expression, and the joy of personal challenge.

Note: This class takes place without parental presence.

Prerequisite: Completion of at least four Beginner Aerials sessions or approval from the program coordinator.

Acrobats / 8-17 years old

This class focuses on floor-based acrobatic techniques. Participants will explore a variety of disciplines such as floor acrobatics, acrobatic parcours, hand-to-hand, Chinese hoop, and trampoline.

The objective is to develop body awareness, coordination, spatial orientation, as well as strength and muscular control.

This class is a continuation of the Beginner Acrobatics course. Participants continue exploring a range of disciplines such as floor acrobatics, acrobatic parcours, hand-to-hand, Chinese hoop, and trampoline.

The objective is to deepen body awareness through more advanced movements, including skills without hand support as well as forward, backward, and twisting rotations.

Note: This class takes place without parental presence.

Prerequisite: Completion of at least four Beginner Acrobatics sessions or approval from the program coordinator.

Hand Balancing / Ages 16+

Dive into the upside-down world of balance! This class teaches you how to stand on your hands while discovering the secrets of control, strength, and confidence upside down. Through playful and progressive exercises, you’ll build endurance, alignment, and balance while pushing your limits. A perfect class to challenge yourself, reconnect with your power, and experience the freedom of inverted movement.

Cyr Wheel / Ages 16+

Come explore the captivating world of the Cyr wheel! Whether it’s your first try or a return to practice, dive into the unique sensation of circular movement. Our semi-private format offers personalized guidance from the instructor and rich peer learning. Wheels in various sizes are available to suit each participant.

Trampoline & Korean Teeterboard / Ages 16+

Rediscover the pure joy of jumping! This two-hour class immerses you in the world of rebound, combining trampoline and Korean board. You’ll learn trampoline fundamentals before exploring the thrill of the board, where precision, flight, and teamwork come together. Perfect for those who love height, adrenaline, and already have strong body awareness.

Prerequisite: Previous trampoline experience required.

Object Balancing & Juggling / Ages 30+

Want to get moving again but not sure where to start? This class is designed for adults who want to reconnect with movement in a fun, accessible setting.

Explore height and controlled instability with apparatus like the rola bola, spool, balance ball (walking globe), unicycle, and more. You’ll learn to get comfortable with discomfort and build real body confidence.

Juggling and object manipulation will boost your coordination, focus, and agility—and yes, you can combine both disciplines for an extra-fun challenge.
