At the National Circus School, the magic goes far beyond the stage. Behind every acrobatic move, every flight, every moment, there is a dedicated support team making sure everything runs smoothly.
From September 21 to 27, 2025, we proudly celebrate National School Support Staff Week a valuable opportunity to recognize the essential work of those who, every day, contribute to the smooth running, safety, and cleanliness of our school.
True architects behind the scenes, Andy Mitchell, Pascal Tétrault, Jean-Philippe Dalcourt and Bilbo Rochette ensure the safety and stability of our installations. Without them, our students could not leap, train, or push their limits. Their expertise is the foundation on which every performance is built.
Always present at the entrance, Melinda Lapara, Marie-Reine Forget, Adriana Suarez and Mathieu Caron are the first smiles to welcome students, visitors and colleagues. They greet, guide, reassure, and make everyday life easier for the entire NCS community.
Discreet but indispensable, Alain Blais and Fernando Juarez ensure the school remains welcoming and functional. Their constant presence guarantees a healthy and pleasant environment for everyone.
The technical staff, under the supervision of Martin Plante, are the beating heart of the NCS. Thanks to the work of Stéphanie Simard and Évelyne Durocher, the circus can soar, day after day.
This week, we invite the entire NCS community to take a moment to say thank you. A word, a gesture, a smile—every sign of appreciation counts.
To all our support staff: you are essential. Thank you for making NCS shine, even away from the spotlight.
