Alumni meeting the next generation
What happens to alumni after ENC? There is obviously no single answer to this question. Every graduate builds their professional path differently, shaped by encounters, projects, and opportunities. It is precisely this diversity that the ENC Foundation and its Alumni Office want to showcase to current students through a new lecture series highlighting the journeys of those who walked the halls of the National Circus School.
Over the next six months, a graduate will be invited back to the School each month to share their experience, discuss their professional reality, and interact with students. The goal is to introduce them to different career paths, industry realities, and ways of building a career after graduation.
An inspiring journey as our first gathering under the big top
To launch this new initiative, 2025 graduate Vitor Martinez Silva returned to ENC to meet with students on October 7. Through his journey and experience since graduation, this first encounter allowed students to learn more about the transition from ENC to the professional world and to better understand current market realities through Vitor’s hands-on experience.
It is this proximity and sharing of experience that the Alumni Office aims to place at the heart of this new lecture series. Because leaving ENC does not mean leaving the School behind. Each journey can in turn become an opportunity to pass on knowledge, exchange ideas, and inspire those who are about to enter the professional world.
