Alicia Bremond

A specialist in high-level support contexts, Alicia has placed the human element at the heart of her practice for over a decade. A graduate in Humanities and Social Sciences, as well as Educational Sciences from the University of Rouen, she also brings management and organizational expertise from a background in tourism. Her multifaceted experience is further enriched by a multidisciplinary foundation in social intervention, music, and literature. She currently serves as the Student Services Manager at the National Circus School.

A true architect of well-being, she oversees all aspects of physical and mental health while acting as a strategic bridge between services and the student community. In this role, she coordinates a comprehensive range of care, including the sports therapy clinic and social work services. She also chairs several essential committees, notably the student committee and the committee dedicated to the prevention of sexual violence, ensuring the rigorous application of related policies while developing collaborations with external partners.

By creating spaces for dialogue, Alicia leverages her organizational rigor to optimize the student experience and foster a culture of shared responsibility. Her leadership, marked by both artistic sensitivity and a practical sense, aims to build a safe environment where fluid communication becomes a catalyst for personal growth and success.
