The National Circus School is proud to expand its recreational course offerings with four new disciplines available to individuals aged 16 and over, as part of a special exploratory mini session running from November 4 to December 4, 2025.

Hand Balancing

Step into the upside-down world of balance! This course teaches you how to stand on your hands while discovering the secrets of control, strength, and confidence — all while having fun.

Cyr Wheel

Experience the unique sensation of circular motion and let yourself be carried away by the fluidity and strength of this captivating circus discipline.

Trampoline and Korean Teeterboard

Rediscover the pure joy of jumping! In this dynamic course, you’ll explore precision, teamwork, and aerial movement through trampoline and Korean plank.

Object Balancing and Juggling

Find your balance and explore instability through a variety of props while learning juggling and object manipulation.

This short session aims to gauge interest in these new classes and evaluate their potential integration into the winter and spring programming. Our goal is to offer an even more diverse and accessible recreational experience for everyone.

It’s also a great reminder that you can train at the National Circus School as a recreational participant.
