The NCS reserves the right to decide on the physical and artistic activities in which the winner will participate. All activities will take place under the supervision of a NCS instructor. No deviation from safety regulations will be accepted.
It is understood that no compensation can be claimed from the NCS for the days made available to participants for the purposes of the contest. The selected participant agrees to assume the costs associated with his/her participation, including transportation and parking, if applicable.
By agreeing to participate in the contest, the winners agree to sign all required documents to the satisfaction of the NCS. As they are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must consent on their behalf.
The documents submitted at the time of registration will not be returned and will become the exclusive property of the National Circus School, which may dispose of them as it sees fit. The participant guarantees that the information provided to the National Circus School is true and current.
